Throughout last year, Naira Marley was one of the most prominent artiste in the Nigeria music industry.

He has been around for quite a while, but rose to Stardom last year.

If there was anything that spur his popularity across the whole nation and beyond, it was the case he had with EFCC, where he, Zlatan, alongside two others were arrested for alleged internet gangsterism.

While others were eventually freed days later, Naira Marley was remand, arranged to court and later bailed, with his trial still in court.

However, Naira Marley managed to release a series of society changing songs last year.

Mafo, Tesumola, Opotoyi, Soapy etc change the psych of the people, it brought into limelight many slang and was heavily criticised by a section of the society as having Bad influence on the youths.

We had youths, who joined the ‘No Belt Gang’, lost home training and involved in operation ‘No manners’ simply because of Naira Marley.

It seems so much like we have a corrupt society that produced the likes of Naira.
