Gal Pissetzky of Pissetzkty & Berliner, legal representative for embattled Nigerian socialite, Ramon Abass, aka Hushpuppi has made his first comments about his client.
Responding to accusations against Hushpuppi that he is a fraudster, Gal Pissetzky defended him claiming that Hushpuppi is not a fraudster as it is being alleged.
Speaking to Forbes, Gal indicated that Hushpuppi was doing a legitimate and clean business as a real estate developer as claimed in his Instagram bio and did not in any way associate himself in any fraudulent activity.
“Absolutely not guilty of (the) charges they are accusing him of,” adding,“(he) was running a legitimate business and a very legitimate Instagram account and did not take part in any scam or fraud.”
Asked how Abbas paid for his lifestyle, Pissetzky said,
“He’s an entrepreneur. He has real estate involvement … (he’s) an Instagram personality. He was promoting brands and that’s how he was very legitimately making his money.”
